How this website uses browser storage and connects to third-party services.

Essential preferences

We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage under intelfinder.cookie-choice.v1 for up to six months. It records whether you allowed the booking calendar and when that choice expires. It is used to remember your preference, not to identify you for advertising.

If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only while the current page remains open. We do not add our own analytics, advertising pixels or marketing trackers to this website.

Contact form security

The contact page uses an essential session cookie called intelfinder_contact to protect the form against forged submissions. It is not used for advertising and expires when your browser session ends. The form’s security token expires after two hours.

When you choose “Start security check,” we load Google reCAPTCHA through recaptcha.net to prevent automated spam. Google receives connection and device information and may set its _GRECAPTCHA security cookie. The check is required to send the form and does not load just because you visit the page or choose “Allow all.” See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We also limit submission attempts using a keyed hash of your IP address and timestamps. These security records contain no message content and are periodically removed after two days. To contact us without loading the check here, you can open the meeting booking page directly.

Optional booking calendar

Our contact page can display Calendly’s booking calendar. It does not connect to Calendly until you allow the calendar to load. If you choose “Essential only,” you can still use the site and send us a message through the protected contact form. The separate security check loads only when you request it.

After you allow it, Calendly receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details. It may use cookies and provides its own controls for those cookies. Details you enter when booking are processed through Calendly and shared with the meeting organizer to arrange the conversation.

You can also choose to open the booking page directly on Calendly. That takes you to its website, where its privacy notice and cookie controls apply. Read Calendly’s privacy notice.

Change or withdraw your choice

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your preference. Turning off the booking calendar removes it from this site and stops future loading here. This does not undo a booking or delete data already provided to Calendly.

To remove cookies already set by Calendly, use your browser’s cookie controls or Calendly’s own privacy controls. Clearing this site’s local storage also removes the saved preference, so you will be asked again.

Contact form and website access

If you send a message or book a conversation, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to handle your enquiry and related correspondence. Website hosting can also produce technical access logs, including request and connection information, to operate and secure the site.

For questions about your personal data, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, use our contact form.
